Refund Policy for LaserPit

Welcome to LaserPit, where we specialize in creating unique, personalized laser-engraved items. We appreciate your business and understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our refund policy, designed to ensure a fair and responsible process for all parties involved.

  1. Customized Items:

    • Due to the personalized nature of our laser-engraved products at LaserPit, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been customized, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
    • Please review your customization requests carefully before submitting your order. We at LaserPit are not responsible for errors in spelling, typography, or design choices made by the customer.
  2. Non-Customized Items:

    • For non-customized items from LaserPit, returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is being returned due to a defect or an error on our part at LaserPit.
  3. Defective or Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive a defective item or an item that doesn’t match your order from LaserPit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including the cost of return shipping.
    • Refunds or replacements for defective or incorrect items will only be processed once the original item has been received and inspected by us at LaserPit.
  4. Cancellations:

    • Orders for customized items at LaserPit can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the item may already be in production.
    • For non-customized items, orders can be canceled any time before they are shipped.
  5. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of the return being received and inspected at LaserPit.
    • Please note that credit card or payment provider processing times can vary, and we have no control over these.
  6. Shipping Damages:

    • If your item from LaserPit arrives damaged due to shipping, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence, so we can address the issue with our courier and process your claim.
  7. Changes to Orders:

    • We at LaserPit strive to start production on orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee changes can be made once production has started.
